With its portfolio of services, Mission Essential Personnel is positioned to enhance global mission support to the Department of Defense and its subordinate commands. MEP's global footprint, holistic capabilities, and diverse cadre of professionals increase the likelihood of mission success, whether the need is linguistics, training, intelligence – or all three. MEP enhances mission capabilities in all phases of DOD operational preparation, to include direct support to training, sanctuary operations support, pre-mission support, direct mission support and post mission support in the full spectrum of overseas contingency operations.

MEP and its global operations network are familiar with DOD requirements. Below is a representative sample of the unique mission sets in direct support of global contingency operations support:

·         DAMI G2: INSCOM OEF-A: MEP provides direct support to the operational activities of USFOR-A. MEP in its direct support role to the DOD language, interpretation, translation enterprise is a critical component in the portfolio of contract options available to DOD. OEF-A continues to support all global combatant commands, the military services, coalition partners and ultimately US national security. 

·         CENTCOM: MEP works as integrated teammates with the CENTCOM and coalition partners in direct support to Intelligence Support Services – Afghanistan, which offers deployed operational support to assist the US and coalition military leaders in intelligence analysis, counterintelligence (CI)/human intelligence (HUMINT) assessments.

·         DAMI G2: INSCOM Omnibus III: MEP is also a prime on this contract, supporting a spectrum of intelligence responsibilities in direct support INSCOM and its subordinate commands.

·          USAF Combat Airman Skills Training (CAST) Program : Under this program, airmen and women gain the same expertise as soldiers and Marines.

·         CYBERCOM (Formerly NETWARCOM): MEP continues to support this newly established command in numerous direct support activities both CONUS and OCONUS.

·         SOCOM GBPS: MEP assists with a Global Battlestaff and Program Support Services program.

MEP also supports the US Navy through SeaPort-e and NATO via a basic ordering agreement. MEP maintains close ties to the US military and is proud of its contribution to protecting the United States, a commitment many at MEP have made in previous military careers. Veterans of the US military are represented at all levels of the MEP corporate structure. The company also participates actively in organizations affiliated with the US military, such as the Association of the US Army, the Military Intelligence Corps Association, National Defense Industrial Association, and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
